Instructions for Poster Presentation

 

Authors are reminded to check carefully the schedule for poster presentation and be present at their posters during coffee/tea breaks and be prepared to talk about their work and answer questions from attendees.

 

Posters will be designated unique numbers and be displayed on the assigned boards of the dimension, 1.0 m (width) x 1.5 m (height), located at the walkway of the Theatre Foyer on Ground Floor for a day.  Blue tack and two-sided self adhesive tapes will be available from the Secretariat and Information Office.

 

Please plan to mount your materials on your assigned board before 09:00 am on the day of your scheduled presentation.  You should dismantle your poster at 5:30-6:00 pm. Otherwise, any left-over will be cleared and be at the disposal of the Organizing Committee.

 

 

 

張貼展示須知

 

每一份張貼論文將在地下會議大廳的走廊展示一天。學術組和嘉賓將在每組學術報告後的茶點/咖啡休息期間討論有關的張貼論文。張貼論文作者應在規定的展示時間站在其論文展示牌旁參與研討。

 

會議將為每一份張貼論文作者提供一塊1.0米寬1.5米高的展示板。每天早上9時以前, 作者應將其論文張貼好, 同日的17:30至18:00時之間自行取下。

 

作者應仔細注意張貼論文的時間表, 並在其張貼論文的討論時間在場。

 

秘書處及詢問處備有圖釘及雙面膠紙供使用。
