Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Second Annual General Meeting (AGM) will
be held at Banyan Garden Seafood Restaurant, 1/F, The Wesley, 22 Hennessy Road,
Wanchai, Hong Kong on Friday, January 7th, 2005 at 7:00 p.m.
Please find attached Agenda for the 2nd AGM, the Minutes of
the 1st AGM and the Return Slip. Voting members (Fellow, Associate
and Ordinary Member) will also receive the Proxy Form, Ballot Form and List of
Candidates for The Office 2005-2006.
To make reservation for the Snake Dinner (HK$50 each, for member only)
after the 2nd AGM, please complete the Return Slip and send it back
to the Honorary Secretary by mail, with cheque payable to “Hong Kong Institute
of Medical Laboratory Sciences Ltd.”, on or before Thursday, December 30th,
2004.
