Notice has been sent to members on March 25, 2001 to request the nomination of eligible members as candidates for the election of Office-bearers of the Executive Committee for the next two years. Members are encouraged to nominate as many members (but not more than 13) as possible for the office bearers of Executive Committee. In order to be eligible for election, each nomination must be signed by a proposer, a seconder and the nominee. The deadline to submit the nomination list was April 30, 2001. Members were invited to nominate capable members who are willing to serve the profession and the Association as candidates for the coming election before the deadline. A list of eligible candidates will be compiled and sent to all members. Members are then asked to elect thirteen members from the nomination list before the commencing of the AGM 2001 which will be held on Sunday, July 22, 2001. The thirteen candidates with the highest votes will become Executive Committee members of the Association for the next two years, 2001-2003. The result of election will be announced during the AGM 2001.
