World Congress 2002

The 70^th Annual Meeting of the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS) and the 25^th World Congress of International Association of Medical Laboratory Technologists (IAMLT) will be held simultaneously in Orlando, Florida, USA from July 30 to August 3, 2002.

The congress topics will span the broad range of laboratory disciplines and specially include Molecular Biology in the Clinical Laboratory, Hematology and Coagulation Advances, Microbiology Around the World, and International Clinical Laboratory Science Practice.

The full registration fee for members of the HKMTA and IAMLT member societies is US$290 by June 7, 2002 and US$340 after the date.  For non-members, it is US$435 and US$485 respectively.  The fee includes admission to the main World Congress program from July 31 to August 3, the Clinical Laboratory Expo from July 30 to August 1, and the annual meeting of the ASCLS from July 28 to August 1.

The Congress also offers 2- and 3-day intensive pre-congress Advanced Training Institutes from July 27 to 29, half- and full-day pre-congress Workshops on July 30, and Luncheon Roundtables on August 2.  Pre-registration and additional fees are required.
